Torii Mor 2007 Hawks View Vineyard Pinot Noir (Chehalem Mountains)

The fruit is moderately ripe, a mix of wild strawberry and raspberry candy. Acids are sharp and a little chalky, but the greenness of some of the other single vineyard releases has been eliminated, and there is a nice peppery lift to the finish. Paul Gregutt
