Aromas of eucalyptus, citrus zest, dill and a menthol note emerge on this nine-year-old white. While it's still interesting and surprisingly fresh for its age, with notes of lemon peel, grapefruit and salty mineral, I would have loved to try this in its prime four or five years ago.
