Torres has been working on this blend of Xarello and Garnacha Blanca for a few years, and they seem to be on the right track. This vintage trumpets gardenia and incense-like aromas along with a Viognier-like palate of apricot, kumquat and honey blossom. It's a bigger-sized wine, but a balanced one. Still, it might be a touch sweet and banana-ish for some.
