Torres 2008 Salmos Red (Priorat)

Opens with salinic, furry aromas and never does the bouquet fully fill out. The palate is sort of light and spotty, with brambly flavors along with basic black fruit notes. Seems soft on the finish, with a syrupy sweetness. Good and easy but lacking in structure and specifics. Michael Schachner
