This mature Montsant smells like a classic aged Spanish wine: there's a mix of vanilla, earth and raisin. In the mouth, it's a bit tired and stewy but not overly so. Flavors of baked berry, prune, tobacco and spice are warm and earthy, while the finish is rich and soft. Drink immediately.
