This rosé is a blend of Teran, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It has aromas of red cherries and strawberries, and delightful flavors of dried strawberries and strawberry ice cream. The finish has a good level of acidity, with enough astringency to pair well with fresh seafood.
