Ample red plum and cassis both on the nose and palate makes this a proper Malbec wine. However, it's juicy and a bit acidic on the tongue, which makes the plum core a little shrill. Overall it's lively, mildly herbal, honest and gets the job done. Definitely falls into the fresh and snappy category.
