A full-bodied, dark and meaty wine, it has ripe blackberry and cassis aromas. While lush upfront, it's more racy and lively in the mouth, where a streak of acidity keeps things moving along. Flavors of saline and earthy blackberry finish roasted, chunky and still a touch salty in flavor.
