Trellis 1998 Chardonnay (Russian River Valley)

There's plenty of apple, melon, and citrus fruit in this dry, stylish wine. Has a nice earthy streak that hits midpalate, then turns ripe and generous on the finish. It's a little on the simple side, but it's pretty good for the price.
