From the sector known as Les Capitans on the edge of the village, this wine is produced from vines up to 120 years old. Like other wines from this producer, it offers a mint and herbal character as well as ripe fruit. The wood aging and acidity contribute the richness of the aftertaste. Drink from late 2018.
