Made with 85% Sangiovese and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, this has aromas of tilled soil, black-skinned berry and mocha. The firm palate delivers tobacco, toast and a whiff of black currant. Tightly packed tannins leave a rather drying finish. Drink through 2019.
