This granular, mildly earthy Toro falls into the everyday category, but within that market segment it'll do just fine with steaks, burgers and lamb chops. It offers viscosity, blackberry fruit and a long, chocolaty finish. It's not ultrarefined but it has plenty of stuffing and kick. Michael Schachner
