Trisaetum produces both a dry and an off-dry cuvée from each of its estate vineyards, and continues the practice with this Estates Reserve. This offers extra concentration, grip and complexity. Floral, citrus, stone fruit and bracing acidity combine in a midpalate that is packed with young fruit flavors. Good as it is, the best is yet to come.
