The smallest of Trisaetum's estate vineyards, Wichman seems to improve with every vintage. This is beautifully detailed, with hints of honey to its poached pear, peach and apple flavors. Tangy acidity leaves a cinnamon-like impression as it finishes dry but in no way austere.
