A New World style of Syrah with a lot of oak-based toast, mocha and chocolate bar on the nose. The palate is healthy and racy, with proper acidity pushing plum, berry and the like. Wood notes are a bit strong, leading the finish to creamy mocha. Full but lively enough not to fall flat.
