The label displays asterisks between G, S and M, perhaps because the blend also includes 13% Sangiovese. It hasn't yet come together, with various components sticking out. Baking spice, leather, blackberry, dust and vanilla notes are some of the puzzle pieces that don't find a seamless fit.
