This rich blend of Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne was sourced from the biodynamic Cowhorn Vineyard and fermented with wild yeasts. It's thick and viscous, loaded with ripe, almost unctuous fruit flavors of peach, apricot and sweet pear. Though not a dessert wine, there's enough fruit sweetness to give it a full-bodied finish, buoyed by moderate acidity. Paul Gregutt
