This is an impressive white made from the native Garnacha Blanca blended with Macabeu (Viura). It opens with waxy peach and almond aromas that flow into a creamy mouthfeel with perfect acidity. A buttery tasting flavor sits on top of baked peach and apple, while the finish is creamy, with a buttery feel and a note of popcorn. This should age well; drink through 2017. Michael Schachner
