This Catena brand starts off light and leafy before gathering its legs and emitting a full blast of charcoal oak. The cherry and raspberry flavors flow on the medium-bodied palate, with chewy black fruit and chocolate appearing late on the finish. Although nothing in particular stands out, it's yet another solid Argentinean Cab for the cost-conscious shopper.
