Much lighter in 2008 than in 2007, this Bordeaux-style blend is based on Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. A pleasing entry, with peppery highlights, moves to a midpalate with flavors of strawberry and cherry and hints of cola, earth and bark. The finish fades gently; drink soon.
