Turkey Flat's new introductory-level wine, The Turk is a blend of Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet and Mourvèdre. Very dry in the mouth, with taut plum and cranberry fruit. An angular wine; the opposite of many far-flung fruitbombs at this price.
