Turkey Flat 2006 Rosé (Barossa Valley)

This is a bright red rosé--more like a tranlucent red than a pink wine--and it even acts a little like a red wine, offering ample palate weight and grip to go with its summery flavors of fresh berries. So ripely fruity that it almost tastes a bit sweet on the finish, but it stays this side of balanced. Drink now. Joe Czerwinski
