Two Roads Cherry Quad

This is medicinal like a cough drop that you don't mind drinking. There's a lovely depth of fig and plum that appears near the finish. The cherries in this Belgian-style ale evolve over the course of the glass, from sugary sweet at first, to pleasingly sour, ending with a tart, tannic bite.
