Lola is a 50-50 Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah blend, and it was aged in 66% new French oak. Blackberry and black cherry flavors lend an impression of Dr. Pepper, and the wine turns a bit astringent in the finish. Quite tart and refreshing, it's a fine bottle to enjoy with a burger or barbecue.
