This orange-style wine, perhaps the only one of its kind currently being produced in the state, is brightly aromatic with nuances of candied ginger, lychee and tangerine peel. It drinks dry with a lightly phenolic feel, needing a bit more concentration and acid to hold it all together but still bringing plenty of interest.
