This is a rare single vineyard, 100% varietal bottling of Cinsault from the state. Aged 18 months in neutral oak, the focus is on freshness and purity and it brings plenty of both. Vibrant aromas of violets, potpourri, red fruit, orange peel and plum are followed by mesmerizingly pure fruit and savory flavors that linger on a long finish. A light oxidative note provides a touch of distraction.
