Dusty, dry aromas of apple and sea mist are appealing. This has a spritzy, soda-like feel and ripe flavors of papaya, lime and apple. There's a bit of sulfuric gaseousness to the finish, but the feel is fresh and tangy, and overall this is a nice Txakoli if you're into the style.
