This structured white opens with aromas of oak, citrus, baking spice and dried tree fruit. The full-bodied palate delivers nectarine, dried apricot, toasted almond, oak-driven vanilla and a candied ginger note. Fermenting 40% of the wine in oak casks gives it depth.
