Starts with a spicy, baked quality as well as cola and leafy notes. Medium in body, with a slick flavor profile that's one part cherry and berry and one part herbal. Turns a bit more herbaceous with airing, bordering on vegetal. But still it's good Carmenère. Imported by Undurraga USA. Michael Schachner
