Union Sacre 2020 Nouvelle Rancho Sisquoc Vineyard Sylvaner (Santa Maria Valley)

Editors' Choice

It's exciting to see a new producer take on this grape, whose California acreage is extremely limited. Clean lines of ripe peach and honeysuckle are cut by lemon juice on the nose. The palate is crisp and grippy, giving depth to the peachy, citrus-splashed flavors, with a hint of struck stone on the finish. Matt Kettmann
