The nose combines apple, cherry and wild raspberry to create a sophisticated fruit punch profile, with nuances of wild flower and spring air. The palate is not quite as juicy as the nose promises, with loads of tart apple and yellow cherry. There is a whisper of tannin that keeps this from careening into juice bomb territory, but it is still light and playful in its refreshing simplicity. Fiona Adams
