Upchurch 2016 Southwest Facing Sauvignon Blanc (Yakima Valley)

The inaugural release of this wine was fermented and aged sur lie for 18 months in a concrete egg. Aromas of pineapple, kiwi, citrus, lees, straw and herb are followed by lighter-styled but still creamy-feeling fruit flavors that lead to a warm fruit-filled finish. Sean P. Sullivan
