Classy and cool, and showing the true essence of complexity. Aromas of earth, coffee and vanilla lead into a healthy, acid-driven palate full of cherry and raspberry. Lots of depth, with nuances of mint and other spices. Not particularly rich, however. In fact, it's quite traditional.
