Ripe cassis and berry aromas come with common Rioja side notes of vanilla, cedar and tobacco. This wine feels flush, with plenty of weight but also balance. Flavors of raisin, prune, cassis, chocolate and vanilla finish full, toasty and warm. This is a ripe reserva made in the classic Rioja style; drink through 2025.
