86pointsValentín Bianchi 2004 Particular Cabernet Sauvignon

We've been watching this wine for several years and it doesn't seem to be on the upswing. This vintage is good as Cabernet goes, but it comes across a little racy and jumpy. The mouthfeel runs tight and the tannins are spunky and on the border of being rough. Maybe another year will settle it down. Michael Schachner
