Dusty cocoa and charred coconut are front and center on the nose of this decadent pour, supported by notes of jammy berry preserves and violets. The tannins lend ample structure, yet are fine and well-integrated into the ripe fruit flavors. Final notes of green peppercorn and tobacco leaf lend a pleasant herbal and earthy send-off to the sip. Drink now–2021.
