Nominal berry aromas come with a covering of oaky vanilla. This feels full, with only mild acidity creating a somewhat gummy mouthfeel. Plum, currant and raspberry flavors are harmonious, but beyond that this blend of Garnacha, Carignan and Syrah doesn't have more to offer. Michael Schachner
