Versinthe Absinthe Liqueur d'Absinthe

The nosing passes find deep licorice scents that round out following aeration time into a more candied bouquet. Palate entry is subtle at first then the anise taste leaps out; midpalate is less aggressive as the anise element changes to a more herbal stance. Finishes with intriguing tastes of lead, pepper, oil and anise. P.P.
