Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin 1995 La Grande Dame Brut Rosé (Champagne)

Like the regular Grande Dame, the aim here is finesse. It's softer and more elegant than Clicquot's vintage rosé, with delicate hints of cherry, toast, mushroom and citrus. Long, tight and tannic on the finish, this wine is worth cellaring.
