Cut grass and summer veg-garden aromas are present but don't obscure the lime, passion fruit and fresh pineapple notes. The palate is bone dry, with quite elevated acidity. But there's enough texture and fruit weight to tip the scales back toward the center. Lingering citrus and passion fruit flavors on the long finish make it easy to take another sip of this food-friendly little number. Christina Pickard
