This blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot starts with aromas of blue flower, plum, blackberry and spice. Juicy red and black cherry flavors are accented by white pepper, cinnamon and hints of espresso that add depth. It's well-balanced but tight so give this a few more years to soften and develop fully. Drink 2015–2020.
