Vik 2013 La Piu Belle Red (Cachapoal Valley)

Ripe berry, plum and prune aromas are mature and earthy, with a note of desiccation. A fleshy, plump palate is smooth but lacking in edge, while this blend of Carmenère, Cabernet and Syrah tastes of black plum and cassis with a spot of green herbs mixed in. A smooth finish says drink now. Michael Schachner
