This tequila is named for Owner/Master Distiller Melly Barajas and her “vikeras,” the women “Vikings” who are the primary operators of the distillery. Look for mild vanilla and earthy cocoa on nose and palate. Agave nectar opens to warming hints of maple, cinnamon bark and gingerbread, brightened by a final lemon peel note.
