Made entirely with Chardonnay, this opens with aromas of yellow stone fruit, Spanish broom, toasted nut and a whiff of sage. The aromas follow over to the palate along with mature golden apple, bread crust, ginger and dried citrus zest alongside an elegant, persistent perlage. Fresh acidity lifts the dry finish.
