This reserve-level Prosecco strikes all the right chords. The nose is dry and, at first, chalky. With time it opens up nicely, leading to a palate full of orange, melon and other citrus. The sweet, sassy finish is just right. Overall it's quite a well-rounded wine that plays a merry tune. —M.S.
