Winemaker: Jeff Grier. A celebration of MCC's 50th anniversary and made from 65% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir and 8% Pinot Meunier, this sparkler is rich and toasty right off the bat. It leads with yeasty notes of brioche dough and lemon custard that are countered by vibrant citrusy acidity and bright effervescence. Flavors of grilled apple and peach pit are at the core to keep it all grounded. It's ready to enjoy now, though should hold well through 2026. Lauren Buzzeo
