Berry and cassis aromas are uncompromised and offer a sprinkle of cinnamon and spice. A warm, slightly heavy palate is balanced by tartaric acidity, while flavors of plum and raisin are fully ripe but finish short. Overall, this is a very nice Malbec that comes up a bit short on structure and complexity. Drink through 2021. Michael Schachner
