Viña Aquitania 2003 Agapanto Cabernet Sauvignon (Maipo Valley)

Fairly firm and leathery, with an herbal/green streak running through the bouquet. Tangy as a whole, with cherry fruit and a smack of bell pepper. Tart on the back end, with drying tannins. Not dissimilar to a weak-vintage Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux. Michael Schachner
