This wine is already at peak maturity and isn't showing the brightness and spunk that Colchagua Cabernet does when it's young. That said, the wine's cola, dill and butter aromas are reasonably attractive, and the berry and plum flavors, while covered in buttery oak, are round and smooth. Drink now for best results.
