A little green on the nose, with aromas of red fruit, grass and a controlled shot of vinegar. It's more saturated and whole in the mouth, where the flavors of roasted plum, cured meat and coffee are solid. Finishes with a mix of herbs and mocha, and overall it's a decent but regular Cabernet.
